Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship products out within 24 hours of order.

Weekends and Bank Holidays may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation of shipping once the order has been dispatched.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24hr tracked service at checkout if needed sooner.

Tracking number will be sent with dispatch details.

Free delivery for all orders across the UK over £60.

Orders to countries outside of the UK are possible, please contact us here to make arrangements and receive shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any problems with the delivery of your order please get in touch here and we can look into it for you.

All orders are wrapped safely in sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However once they have left our premises it is hard to keep them safe and some accidents can happen along the way. If your order was to arrive damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and broken product within 72 hours and I would happily replace it for you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return. Please return to my returns address on your packaging within 1 month of purchase.

As long as the item is returned with the same care as it arrived a full refund of the product price will be made to you.
